Several years back Waylon Jennings sang, “I’ve spent a lifetime looking for you…I was looking for love in all the wrong places, Looking for love in too many faces…” I know there are a lot of people who go through life like this – (1) looking for love, but (2) looking in the wrong places. I think Waylon was on to something, because this is something that affects folks spiritually, too.
Some go looking for God, but looking in the wrong places. Some go looking for truth, but looking in the wrong places. Some go looking for peace, but looking in the wrong places. Some go looking for the true meaning of life, but looking in the wrong places.
