Somewhere around 4,000 years ago, the great patriarch Job exclaimed, “I know that my Redeemer lives” (Job 19:25). Is that something that you KNOW? Is that something that pricks 
your heart on a regular basis? Is that something that resonates within your very being?
There was a time when every Christian was owned by Satan–when Satan called the shots, when Satan was the master of your domain, when Satan had his way with you, when Satan had dominion over your life, when Satan was leading you down the path to destruction. But, when you obeyed the blessed good news of Jesus Christ, He bought you out of Satan’s control, He bought you away from Satan’s realm, He bought you freedom from Satan’s eternal damnation. Using the Bible word, Jesus Christ “redeemed” you with His “precious blood” (1 Pet. 1:18-19).
“Redeemed! How I love to proclaim it! Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb!” “Trouble and sorrow have vanished away,” when I’m redeemed! My Redeemer lives! Do you know it?
