There are lots of things to make you smile as a Christian! There are lots of things that make church assemblies the highlight of a week! Here’s one of those things for me.
We have a large (and growing) number of folks, who I affectionately refer to as our “30-minute members.” They fall into two classes. First, there are the folks who always get to services about 30 minutes early. The doors of our building have to be opened really early, because these folks are going to arrive way early, so that they can visit with each other. Second, there are the folks who always hang around for at least 30 minutes after services. It doesn’t matter how long our services go, the lights are still going to be on for these folks for a long while afterwards, because they love to stand around and visit with each other.
That’s one beauty of Christianity! We love each other and want to be with each other! So, first, thank you to all of our 30-minute members! You encourage me every week! Second, we have some openings available for more!
