Who would have ever thought it? The highest leader in our nation, holding a position that many people call “The Most Powerful Office in the World,” has come out of the closet on his favorable views regarding homosexual marriage (not only voicing his opinion but seeking to capitalize on it). His exacts words were, “For me personally, it is important for me to go ahead and affirm that I think that same-sex couples should be able to get married.” On his website, there is a place to sign up to “Stand with the President” on same-sex marriage.
Regardless of what any man, any leader, any politician, any religion, any culture, any expert, any celebrity or any human being might say, the Creator-in-Chief (the One who created man, woman and the sacred marriage relationship) has not and will not ever go through “an evolution on this issue.” “He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female’” (Matt. 19:4), and He has made it abundantly clear that any homosexual activity (sex, civil union or marriage) is against His will (Lev. 18:22; 20:13; 1 Cor. 6:9-11) and against nature (Rom. 1:26-32). So, here’s a question to consider: Will you stand with the Creator-in-Chief on this issue?
