Let's Go Back to the Bible

Who has you?

We learn from Galatians chapter two that Peter had been chosen especially by the Lord (and was being used especially by the Lord) to take the gospel to the Jews. We also learn that Paul had been chosen especially by the Lord (and was being used especially by the Lord) to take the gospel to the Gentiles (Gal. 2:7-9). That got me to thinking, “Is it possible that each of us have been chosen especially by the Lord (and is being used especially by the Lord) to take the gospel to a certain person or group of people?”

Think about that for a moment. Through God’s providence, each of us had someone to teach the gospel to us, so that we could be saved. But, what if the Lord was saving us, so that (in His providence) we might be the very vessel through which the gospel is taken to some other specific person or persons? And, if that is possible, who would that person(s) be for you? In other words, who is there who may find their only connection to Christ and the true gospel through YOU? The Jews had Peter. The Gentiles had Paul. Who has you?
