Let's Go Back to the Bible

UN-sure which UN you are?

The prefix “un-” means “not, lack of, the opposite of.”  Do you know which set of un’s you are?

The New Testament talks about the unjust (Matt. 5:45), the unprofitable (Matt. 25:30), the unbelieving (John 20:27), the unaware (Rom. 1:13), the unwise (Rom. 1:14), the undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful (Rom. 1:31), the ungodly (Rom. 5:6), the unrighteous (1 Cor. 6:9), the uninformed (1 Cor. 14:16), the unwilling (1 Cor. 16:12), the unprepared (2 Cor. 9:4), the unclean (Eph. 5:5), the unruly (1 Th. 5:14), the unreasonable (2 Th. 3:2), the unholy (1 Tim. 1:9), the unthankful (2 Tim. 3:2), the unbelieving (Tit. 1:15), the unfruitful (Tit. 3:14), the unskilled (Heb. 5:13), the unstable (Jas. 1:8), the untaught (2 Pt. 3:16).

But, it also talks about the unafraid (Rom. 13:3), the undefiled, the unspotted (Jas. 1:27), the understanding (Jas. 3:13).

Which set of un’s are you? One list is longer and easier; the other shorter and challenging.
