Yet another failed attempt. A numerologist named David Meade predicted that Jesus would return on April 23, 2018. Then, just a week before that date, he rescinded the prediction, and stated that the return would actually be between May 1 and 
December 31, 2018. It is truly amazing that individuals continue to ignore the failed attempts of the past and persist in trying to predict the unpredictable.
The words of Jesus could not be any clearer on this matter. Note the plain emphasis. “But of that day and hour NO ONE KNOWS, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Take heed, watch and pray; for YOU DO NOT KNOW when the time is” (Mark 13:32-33, emp. added).
While some need to pay attention to the words, “no one knows,” and accept that as the truth, we all need to heed the words, “Take heed, watch and pray.” Are you ready, if it is today?
