Let's Go Back to the Bible

Great x 3 = Greater than I can describe

Sometimes when we try to describe God, the right words are hard to find and put together to truly represent our hearts.  I like the way David took one word (a simple but profound word) in Psalm 145:3 and used it three times to describe God:  “Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable.”

Why don’t you try that?  Take the one word in your vocabulary that you think describes God the best and put it into that sentence.  “Awesome is the LORD, and awesomely to be praised; And His awesomeness is unsearchable.”  “Wonderful is the LORD, and wonderfully to be praised; And His wonder is unsearchable.”  “Powerful is the LORD, and powerfully to be praised; And His power is unsearchable.”  “Loving is the LORD, and lovingly to be praised; And His lovingkindness is unsearchable.”

How do you describe God and what He means to you?
