Let's Go Back to the Bible

100,000 gallons of saliva

So where can you find some interesting facts posted on ceilings? Yes, you guessed it–in the dentist office. With so much of your time spent laying back and staring up at the ceiling, this is the perfect place to post things that one cannot help but read. (What else is there to do?) Did you know, according to the ceiling in my dental office, that the average human being produces 100,000 gallons of saliva in a lifetime? (Did you just swallow?) That’s a lot of saliva!

Some might argue the exact amount, but just think about saliva for a minute. Why does the body need saliva anyway? (Look it up. There are multiple purposes.) And how did the body ever figure out that it needed saliva, that it needed a lot of saliva, that it needed more saliva at certain times than others, and that it needed the saliva in the mouth and not in the toes?

Everywhere you look (and chew) there is overwhelming evidence for the design of the human body, which is overwhelming evidence for the Designer of the human body!
