The service representative that you’re talking to on the phone didn’t make the policies that you’re upset about. The cashier at the store didn’t decide the prices or what’s on sale. The front desk clerk at the hotel is not the one who failed to clean your room properly. The restaurant worker taking your order is not responsible for the company’s app not working.
It’s amazing how easily we can get upset with people today and how easily we can “take it out” on the wrong people (or “take it out” on anyone at all!). The devil gets a kick out of it every time that we do! But, fellow Christian, let’s be very careful! When we feel our ire getting irked, we need to run our emotions and out thoughts through the Luke 6:31 filter, the 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 filter, the Ephesians 4:26-32 filter, the Philippians 2:3-5 filter, the 1 Peter 2:20-23 filter.
