Let's Go Back to the Bible

“A Day Without Jesus”

So, apparently today is “A Day Without a Woman.” As I understand it (and I could be mistaken), this is an organized opportunity for women around the country to strike, participating in gender equality demonstrations and letting others know what it is like to have “a day without a woman.”

Since Adam could not live a day without a woman, it is obvious that God designed both genders to have an integral part in each other’s daily lives. Nuff said! But, here’s the problem. When we have “a day about us” (whoever the “us” is), the focus is entirely in the WRONG place. We spend so much time focusing on ourselves that we end up experiencing “a day without Jesus”!

What would “a day without Jesus” be like? Too many of us might be able to answer that from a position of experience and not just conjecture. How would your day be going today without Jesus? How has Jesus made a difference in your life today? What do you do each day to make sure you are not “without Jesus”? The worst day ever would be one without Jesus!
