Let's Go Back to the Bible

No purpose of God can be withheld from Him

At the end of the book of Job, when God reveals His majesty and infinite power to this man of endurance, one cannot help but be overwhelmed and enriched by meditating upon His words.

“Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth?… Who determined its measurements?… To what were its foundations fastened?… Or who shut in the sea with doors… When I fixed My limit for it, And set bars and doors; When I said, ‘This far you may come, but no farther, And here your proud waves must stop!’… Have you comprehended the breadth of the earth?… Where is the way to the dwelling of light?  And darkness, where is its place?… By what way is light diffused, Or the east wind scattered over the earth?… Who has divided a channel for the overflowing water, Or a path for the thunderbolt?”

Read the last five chapters of the book of Job.  Read God’s words describing His magnificence and you will answer like Job, “I know that You can do everything!” (Job 42:2).
