Social media went crazy when a concert’s “Kiss Cam” exposed the hidden sin of two people. Yet, there was “nothing hidden from His sight” at all (Heb. 4:13). It is easy to think about all of the “bad stuff” that we do that God sees. But, remember, that’s not all that God sees.
God’s cam catches us doing good and doing right, too. Focus on the last part of the last verse of Ecclesiastes, “For God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, whether good or evil” (Ecc. 12:14). Did you catch that? God is aware of “every secret thing” that is “GOOD”! Three times in Matthew 6, Jesus tells us, “…your Father…sees in secret” (6:4, 6, 18). Sometimes we may think that God is only trying to “catch us” doing wrong. Such is far from the truth! Our Father, even more, is eager to “catch us” doing good!
Other people may never know the time, effort, money and personal sacrifice that you put into serving others, helping others, doing good in the church, etc. And they don’t need to! God’s cam is always rolling! He sees! He will reward!
