Life is full of decisions. Most of them (the vast majority of them) are small and easy decisions, but some decisions are difficult and life-changing. Is there a way to make tough decisions a little less tough? 
While many factors go into making a decision, the big decisions of life do not have to be made alone! The wise man said that “with many counselors [plans] succeed” (Prov. 15:22), and “in the multitude of counselors there is safety” (11:14; 24:6). But we need to be sure that we are surrounding ourselves with wise, GODLY counsel (not just telling us what we want to hear)!
The best thing we can (and MUST) do is pray. Over a period of days and weeks, talk intimately (and progressively) with your Father: “God, I need your help! Please help me with this decision! God, I think this is what I’m going to do. Please put a roadblock in the way somehow if I shouldn’t do this.” “Let your requests be made known to God” (Phil. 4:6). Are you?
