Today is the day that we’ve been waiting for since 1985. Everyone wanted to know what the future would look like, and Marty McFly and Doc Brown made it look so thrilling. And, now we’re here. Unfortunately, we cannot open our garbage cans and find fuel for our cars. That would be nice! But, today holds better and more exciting opportunities than that!
Today the grace of God flows freely upon His children. Today the ear of God is open continuously to the prayers of His saints. Today the love of God extends bountifully to all of His creation. Today the promise of God stands firmly upon His immutable nature.
Today you can change someone’s life with the gospel. Today you can brighten someone’s day with a Christ-like spirit. Today you can do a random act of kindness for someone you don’t know. Today you can be God’s hands, feet, mouth and arms. Yes, the future has arrived! It is exactly as we should have expected! What will you do with your future today?
