Let's Go Back to the Bible

You can’t be a Christian and prejudiced!

When you read that title, please remember something: “prejudice” is not something that applies only to a certain group of people (but not any other), or something that is despicably wrong for one group to practice (but no big deal for another to practice). “Prejudice” is defined as  “preconceived judgment or unreasonable opinion formed without just grounds or before sufficient knowledge.” NO Christian (regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, etc.) has any right at all to exhibit prejudice toward ANY other human being!

Christians are instructed, in James 2:1, “My brethren, do not hold the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with partiality.” You cannot hold to “the faith” (the gospel) of the Christian “religion” (1:27) and show personal favoritism (based upon someone’s appearance, skin color, political persuasion, economic status, age, gender, etc.) at the same time!

Brethren, we cannot jeopardize our souls by following the prejudiced ways of our society!
