Is there any evidence for God? Or do we just believe in Him without any real support for it? Is it, for us, the “best explanation” or the “best guess,” 
or is there something more substantial?
Rational creatures will not accept something because it is what they’re told or because lots of people accept it. Rational creatures demand clear evidence and only draw conclusions that are warranted by such. Think about one line of evidence for God. Does not design demand a designer? Does a smartphone demand a smartphone maker? Of course, it does! But think about how much more complex the human body is and the universe is than a smartphone. If your phone didn’t happen by accident, how could your body or your universe?
Your body is not only complex (demanding a designer), but it possesses life (demanding a life-giver) and morality (demanding a principled creator). Be rational. What does this evidence demand? A random exploding “bang” did not produce you!
